This was the best experience ever. The best hotel ev er. All of the staff were amazing, very friendly and kind. Very helpful. They gave me check in around 11 am and check out around 4 pm. They had this special tour for the residence of the hotel to Balat which I enjoyed a lot with my kids. Special Thanx to Beliz the manager who was very helpful with everything and to Busra who was the most amazing and was very friendly with my kids and very helpful. I had the best time ever and I will come back again :)

Rixos is a quality brand. Excellent service, fabulous architecture next to Halic river. Definitely I need to visit again in summer cause the infinity pool outside next to the water is great, pool is heated during winter time. Fantastic breakfast with large buffet (salad bars, starter buffet,sushis, pizzas) Rooms are designed very modern, spacious and clean. Perfect city hotel with good Price performance! Thank you also for the nice birthday gifts from reception ♥️

Staff was extremely helpful and supportive - especially Beliz (Adam) and Ahmed (Beskoy) All the other staff incl. bellboys and breakfast servers - all amazing Rooms were nice, clean, great view

The best hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel is as luxurious as I’ve ever experienced. Everyone of their staff are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make your stay that extra bit special. It was my birthday and I came back to the room to find a cake, balloons and a hand written card with a message. It’s a beautiful hotel. Beautifully designed. Beautiful experience.

First of all, the employees were very friendly and helpful.The location of the facility was very nice, there is an incredible view of the golden horn.I loved the outdoor pool, especially the breakfast and coffee treats afterwards were of very high quality and provided high hygiene standards..At the same time, the cleanliness of the rooms and the level of facilities in the room were at a high level.

it was perfect stay. they upgraded the room king suit w/out asking. they supported every request i am asking in 5 minutes not more - no joke you cannot find this service anywhere in world. i always liked Rixos after Gocek - Tersane will be once in a year visit for me i really want to thank Rixos for this excellent stay

One of the best hotels in Istanbul! The location is peaceful, with breathtaking Bosphorus views. Amazing activities like yoga, paddleboarding, and boat tours. The breakfast selection was outstanding, and any issues were resolved promptly. Special thanks to Ayda, the manager, for her exceptional service. Highly recommended!

The hotel was perfect. There were a variety of choices for breakfast. The view on the Bosphorus was magnificent. The hospitality and welcoming were amazing. The rugs in the lobby were beautiful. Over all the room was comfortable
